PRODUCTION TIME IS 2-3 WEEKS FOR MOST ITEMS.
All orders containing ONLY ready to ship items typically ship within 3 business days. Production times may vary but we average up to 2-3 weeks for orders containing made to order items, but this can increase AT ANY TIME depending on number of orders received! Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
Made to Order Items include - The Everest E Collar Strap, Monarch Collars, Quick Release Collars, Buckle Collars, Slip Collars, Martingale Collars, Standard Leashes, Summit Leashes, keychains, lanyards, bandanas, bow ties, human scarves, and plant baskets.
Ready to Ship Items include any items in the ready to ship section along with blankets, combo bags, poop bag holders, stickers, decals, patches, pins, and beanies.
Production time vs shipping time - Production can take 2-3 weeks before your order is shipped. Shipping times vary from 1-4 days for priority, 5-10 business days for first class packages within the US. International orders can take 2-6 weeks to arrive via USPS. UPS does arrive quicker, however most of the time duties + taxes are high via UPS. Priority shipping does NOT increase production time.
Can I rush my order? – Yes! We have a rush option, which occasionally sells out. The pricing varies, depending on how many items you’ve ordered. It starts at $14.99 and can be found in our Add-On’s section. These spots are extremely limited.
Can I upgrade my shipping? – Yes! Priority mail upgrade is available. It can be changed at checkout. This does not increase the speed your order gets to the mail; you must also add the ‘Rush My Order’ option to increase production time.
Do you do custom orders? – Absolutely! We do offer custom orders for a minimum fee of $15. Email us info@hootandco.com to get started or if you have any questions! Please note all custom orders are non-refundable.
Discount Policy - We offer many discounts throughout the year. The discounts and/or sales are for new purchases ONLY. We do not offer a price match for previous orders placed before a sale. We will not cover the cost of shipping to return an item and repurchase it at a lower price.
Do you have a size chart? – Yes! A basic size chart is included in each listing for bandanas. This is only an estimate, for the best fit please leave a neck measurement in the notes at checkout. The bow tie size recommendations are listed on each listing as well, please leave your pets weight & collar width at checkout if unsure.
How do your bandanas attach? – Our new fray bandanas are a tie + snap on which are fully adjustable and the sizes can accommodate many different breeds. You can view our how to video below! Our standard snap on bandanas simply snap on around the neck and are fully reversible.
How do your bows attach? – All bow ties have a velcro attachment added to the back. They will wrap onto almost any collar or harness.
Do you offer wholesale? – Yes we do, please email us wholesale@hootandco.com if you're interested in our products!
Do you need sponsors and/or models? Currently we are not looking for any sponsors, models, or ambassadors.

06.03.2014 - The day I sold my first Hoot + Co product.
At 22, I started this company with ribbon bow ties and not knowing how to sew. In the beginning, it was a way for me to craft. It became more than a dream when I realized it didn't feel like work anymore. I can love what I do for work while making memories and adventuring with my favorite people.
I LOVE coming up with new ideas. The butter to my bread is the creative side to production. The Summit Dual and the new Everest E- collar are why I wake up every morning ready to get to work. Some people need to separate work and life, but I thrive having both so close.
A little about me now. I am an introvert, but I am also the funniest one in the shop - some might say. I love being outdoors and love getting my dogs Jade and Dexter out as well. Everyday life is pretty busy with work, but I make it a priority to spend some true quality time doing what we love - rock climbing, snowboarding, skiing, camping, hiking, biking, and all things outdoors.

Casey Medina
Production Manager
Casey is the production manager and brings her chipper energy to the studio, keeping our spirits high. Having a wide-range of experience and careers to draw from, she is a Jill of all trades and hopes to grow and focus on driving sales through additional shop partnerships. As a self proclaimed crazy dog mom, Casey is fueled by her passion for animals and understanding the nuances of creating functional products for all of you! As our team extrovert, you’ll find her making new friends at our Hoot + Co market tables… both folks and furry ones.
She’s a Colorado native who grew up in the foothills and enjoys hiking, biking, paddle boarding, or competing at the neighborhood frisbee courses. You can find her cheering on local Colorado teams or hosting game nights with friends and family to relax on weekends. She believes that motivation and mindfulness in the workplace is the key to success—a dogma to live by through out many aspects of life.
What can I say, she is my Unicorn.
